In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing the jl45 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as jl45's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and not in place of, any applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law, Philippine law shall prevail.

jl45 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use jl45, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporations and other legal entities may not register player accounts);
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of jl45;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not have been previously excluded from jl45 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or regulatory order;
• Not be registered on PAGCOR's list of excluded persons.

jl45 operates within the Philippine market and primarily serves Filipino players. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. jl45 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

To access real-money games and services on jl45, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password. You must notify jl45 promptly if any of this information changes.

Each eligible Player may register only one (1) Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl45 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited without appeal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jl45 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jl45 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time jl45 deems it necessary to comply with its regulatory obligations. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and documentation evidencing source of funds for large transactions.

jl45 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 200. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. jl45 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200;
• Withdrawal methods must match deposit methods unless otherwise approved by jl45 support;
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of the corresponding real-money portion;
• jl45 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above PHP 100,000;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–2 business hours.

jl45 reserves the right to reverse or delay any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is suspected, pending investigation. jl45 may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

jl45 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• A Player may claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• All bonus offers are available to players who are 21 years of age or older;
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account and are subject to wagering requirements before they, or winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. General wagering requirements range from ×10 to ×25 unless otherwise specified;
• jl45 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or exploiting game mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension;
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to jl45 support immediately and will be reclaimed regardless of whether they have been wagered.

jl45 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Players identified as abusing the promotion system will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided. No waiver of any term in relation to bonuses shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that term.

All games available on the jl45 Platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party auditors, or via live dealer streams operated by licensed studio providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel.

All wagers placed and game outcomes recorded on jl45's servers are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a Player's device and the records on jl45's servers, the server records shall be the authoritative source.

jl45 is not responsible for any disruption to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, hardware failures, or third-party service interruptions. If a game round is interrupted due to a verified technical fault on jl45's side, jl45 will endeavour to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the interruption or refund the wager at its discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. jl45 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl45:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players in any multiplayer game;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks;
• Systematic abuse of promotional offers or bonus structures;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jl45's systems, databases, or other accounts;
• Engaging in any conduct that jl45 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to other Players.

jl45 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, never a financial strategy or a means of solving financial problems.

jl45 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from jl45. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the period chosen.

jl45 will enforce the 21+ age requirement rigorously through KYC verification. If jl45 suspects that a Player may be a minor, the Account will be suspended pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated by a minor will be forfeited.

All content on the jl45 Platform — including but not limited to the jl45 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of jl45 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jl45.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jl45 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl45's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

jl45 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gambling inherently involves financial risk; jl45 is not responsible for any losses resulting from normal gameplay outcomes.

jl45's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to jl45 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

jl45 may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

jl45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl45 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Any balance held at the time of Account closure, after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact jl45 through its official support channels to seek an informal resolution. jl45 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
